Join us on the construction site of Brigth Haus #1, the first certified Passive House affordable housing home in Minneapolis. Vendors, architect and the general contractor are offering up their know-how, expertise and experience to show you how to air-seal a Passive House building envelope and install a Passive House window.
Rules:
- Arrive on time
- Observe all safety measures on the job site and follow any instructions by the general contractor
- Bring and wear a mask!
- Wear appropriate sturdy footwear and outer gear for the weather and temperatures.
The event is kindly co-hosted by JPs Remodeling, Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation, SIGA, Heritage Window Company and TE Studio Passive House Design and free of charge.
