At any time, make a virtually visit to an amazing low energy home with Passive House components in New Hampshire, designed by St. Paul Minnesota-based Architecture Firm Alchemy in collaboration with Minneapolis Minnesota-based certified Passive House consultant TE Studio (links below).

Private home in St. Paul’s Como neighborhood (2012, 2016 – 2020), right across from the Como golf course and park.

Howell Passive House Plus

Private home in St. Paul’s Hamline-Midway neighborhood, right around the corner from the famous Can Can Wonderland (2022 – 2024). The house is currently under construction and expected to be near completion at the time of the tour. Depending on the state of construction, make sure to wear adequate footwear and follow any directions from the owners on site to stay safe.
