Join us on Friday, March 21 at 11:30 am at DWELL44 (4317 Excelsior Blvd, St Louis Park, MN 55416) for a presentation on Passive House in Residential Practice. This program has been submitted for and is anticipated to be approved for 1.5 AIA HSW LUs.

Registration is $45 to receive the continuing education credit, or $20 without credit.

Tim Eian, Assoc. AIA, Dipl.-Ing. Arch, CPHD, and Marcy Conrad Nutt, AIA, LEED AP, CPHD, will walk through the five main principles of Passive House design and discuss how to apply the principles in everyday practice. We will review everything from air/vapor barriers, insulation, windows and doors, and mechanical systems, show construction photos, discuss challenges and opportunities for both retrofit and new construction projects, and the synergies with AIA2030 and green building programs.
